Legal Question in Criminal Law in Rhode Island
I was arrested in Providence, Rhode Island and received a district court summons for 2/22/11. The crime is 3-8-10 to wit: a cup of beer. What am I looking at here? Will this be on my permanent record? My 21st birthday is on 10/30/11.
