Can you live in another state if on bail?such as rhode island, if on bail in mass?

Subject to the interstate compact, ou can be permitted to reside outside of the Commonwealth of massachusetts. Your attorney can petition the court for such releif if probation is unwilling to allow it. Bear in mind that the "receiving" state could refuse you.
