Detainer
My Boyfriend was place on a detainer 10/29/07 due to violating his probation. I need to know if i could get the detainer removed before his hearing and place bail so he can be released from prison.

You can Petition the Court to lift the detainer. It is impossible to predict whether or not the Petition would be successful.
