Legal Question in Criminal Law in Rhode Island
i have a felony charge i want off my record...this is the only charge i ever had..i got this charge in 2000 an was given 2 yrs. probation...i never got in any trouble since an want this off my record...i live in r.i can i get it off now???

No, 10 years after your probation is over is when you can apply to have it removed.
