Legal Question in Criminal Law in Rhode Island
Does the law allow for protection of a party who engages in an illegal activity? For example, can charges be brought against someone who steals illegal drugs from someone else? I am sitting on a grand jury and I say no. What is the correct answer?

Sorry, but if you are siting on a grand jury, then you should listen to the judge explain the law on point.
