Child Support

My ex put in an order to modify or not have to pay support at all until he gets a job.Says hes not working but just stopped paying after getting into a new car hmmm..anywho he didnt show up in court to modify the support order. I showed up.Will he be able to file again?

Yes, your ex will be able to file again. There is no limitation on the number of times you may file a motion with the court for a modification of child support.

You may wish to consider filing a Motion to Adjudge your ex in Contempt for failure to pay child support if he is not up to date on his child support payments.
