Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island

I'm in a custody disagreement.

The Mother Has:

1. Opened an account in my name online; all billing statements were sent to the mother's e-mail address and payments are were made through her checking account. We were living together / never married / never had permission.

2. Unauthorized / No Permission to open any mail, at the time we were separated / not living together / never married

3 Made purchases on my credit card without my knowledge or permission. Made purchases on items and pay telephone and medical bills. I've changed my credit card information 2 - 3 times. We never lived together / never married. Reported to the Credit Card.

Could these Actions of the Mother effect the custody agreement?
