custody

If there is a mixed marrage ( one child not the husbands), three children and the one, from a previous relationship, is a danger to the the other children. Also having documentaion to back it up. Upon divorce can that be grounds for seperation of the children?

I'm sorry. I'm not certain I understand your question. Are you saying that the child from the previous relationship is a danger to the other children and that documentation exists to that effect? If so, is your ultimate question as follows, "Can that be used as a grounds for separation of the 4 children?
