Re: divorce or Annulment

If you have been a continuous resident and domiciled inhabitant of the State of Rhode Island for at least one year before you file your complaint for divorce then you can get a divorce.

You may also qualify for a civil annulment but this would take a full consultation and discussion of your circumstances.

If you would like a consultation with Rhode Island's most affordable full-time divorce and family law attorney, please email me and we can set up a consultation. Be sure to mention this posting.
