Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island

I am involved with dcyf at no fault of my own. my ex was abusive and i left. they are still involved right now because i dont have my own appartment. now i want to move out of state where there is an appartment and a job waiting for me. what can happen if i leave the state?

Does the father have visitation? May have to get court permission to do so if he does.

If not, you can leave.
