Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island

We have joint custody with her being the custodial parent. She went to some guys house and got are 16 year old son a tattoo. Is there anything I can do since she knows I told him he had to wait until he is 18. Now that he has it I asked her to get his blood tested for diseases from this tattoo and she said no and will not let me see him. Do I have any rights or is there anything I can do? Do I have a chance of getting custody? Also I need to know if I will be held liable if he gets into a accident with her car which has no insurance (he has a permit).

File a petition to change custody. The Court give weight to the wishes of the child at that age, but considering getting ink at 16 is not legal and the other issues, you may put pressure on her to change her ways.
