Juvenile dependency

I voluntarily placed my child in DCYF custody in order for her to receive residential psychiatric treatment. She has not received the needed treatment. How do I withdraw my voluntary placement of her?

File a Motion to Regain Placement and force the Department to show what has been done since they got placement of the child.
