Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island

is it legal for my exwife to sleep with our two year old son and nine year old daughter +/ her13yr old daughter in a pull out bed in a room that is not a bedroom on their overnight visits?

Sounds like Mom does not have sufficient space in her home for overnights with the child(ren). If not, then maybe a change in visitation is in order until she does.
