power of attorney
My brother is married, wife doen't believe in divorce don't live together. His health is failing and my sister and I want to know how to get power of attorney so that we can be the primary contacts not his ''wife''. She doesn't see fit to let us know about anything or even care what happens to him. Is it possible to do?

Yes, it's possible to do. If your brother is presently competent, then he can execute a durable power of attorney for health care which will effectively grant to the person named the power to make health decisions on his behalf.
