with a pre-nup can i just ask for the frist 100k off the top since that is my current worth

Yes, you can. You would simply have to make sure the pre-nup is worded correctly so that it cannot be circumvented in the event of a divorce or legal separation (known as a Divorce from Bed and Board in Rhode Island).
