Legal Question in Family Law in Rhode Island
we recently moved to Rhode island and my wife started a medical marijuana grow...I believed it was all legit and legal, but did further research and found it is not. We have two children under the age of 2 and I want to get them away from this. We still have a home IL - can I take the kids back there? I am afraid if I report it to the police, it will appear it is mine and I will be charged with it as I am on the lease and all the utilities.

But one easy �fix� would be to simply stop the grow operation by destroying the plants or giving them to a medical marijuana patient.
