How can I evict my 21 year old from my home in Rhode Island

You only have to "evict" is he/she was a tenant (i.e. you have lease agreement or accepted rent). If neither, instruct he/she to leave and if the person does not, you may call police and file a complaint for trespassing. But if do need to proceed through court, contact an experienced lawyer.
