Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Rhode Island
Please give me an overview of the Civil Suit process. I have had injuries/ surgeries resulting from excessive force by the local P. D. No local lawyer that I have been able to find will file a suit against law enforcement and I plan to follow through myself. Thank You
