This is a very common issue and one that sometimes yields great results and other times not so good ones. What's missing in your submission is why he was deported. As any practitioner will want to know his entire immigration and criminal history. These are critical to defining a strategy to attempt to bring him back. We generally start by filing FOIAs to get his case files; both the USCIS file and the court file. This helps us view his case as the government views it. We then merge what's in those files with his family history and any other important information and diagnose the matter. Feel free to give us a call regarding this matter. We're happy to help in anyway and can represent people anywhere in the U.S. as immigration law is federal law meaning only a bar license is necessary not a state specific license.
