This immigration legal process is called 'change of non-immigrant status' and it's processed by the USCIS/DHS.

Hi,

You will apply for change of status to H4 through the filing of an application with the USCIS. H4 status does not allow for employment in the U.S., but it is recommended if you may be in danger of violating L1 status.

You can call our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for guidance.
