Marraige without social
My boyfriend came to the us legally but over stayed his visa by almost 4 years, now we want to get married but he has no social and isntegal so how do we go about doing that? Is there a way to get married and then start the process of him becoming a resident. Also i am in the army reserves and with the possibility of deploying does that entitle him to my benefits

Yes, you may marry him and apply for his lawful permanent residence through a process known as adjustment of status.
