Hi i am being harrassed daily by my landlord and i was short this month on the rent and gave them all but 200.00 and they came over screaming and pucnhing walls and when i threatned to call the polcie they tried to reason with me. I told them i would have the 200.00 on moday which was within the 10 days of grace period. I was in a monthly aggreement only. What are my rights? I found a place already and to move into and they are still calling my old landlord and my references everyday! do i have to five them the other 200.00 dollars would this be considered eviction

Definitely contact local counsel through a legal help hotline. If this is the sort of carry-on your landlord is getting up to, you definitely may have a case for something.
