Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Rhode Island

my psychologist disclosed info to a third party when I checked off the DO NOT disclose box for that particular info. I may be wrong but i think that is breaking the HIPPA Laws, yes? Should i get an attorney? Could i have some sort of case?

You should get an attorney to inform the Dr that he is not entitle to disclose such information and to properly assess whether you hae an actionable claim.
