Legal Question in Military Law in Rhode Island

Entry Level Seperation
I wish to remove myself from the United States Marine Corps,
Delayed Entry Program. I would like to know how to leagally do
this. I beleive it is by using an ''Entry Level Speration.''

Yes, there is a process to do that. But you MUST act before your report date. It is not a ELS, it is a "discharge" from the DEP.
