Legal Question in Military Law in Rhode Island

Re-4

When i was in 10th grade I went to MEPS and did my physical for the Army. I decided I wanted to try college instead. College wasnt the right thing for me. So I enlisted in the Navy. Went to bootcamp and twisted my knee and was ELMS. Upon leavin i was told I had a RE-4 code for Fradulant enlistment and erronous enlistment. My physical from the Army was never updated and my recruiter told me not to say anything about my knee. Im not trying to enlist in the Army and was turned away. I had no control over what happen and want it changed. I would like to serve my country but my recruiter has now screwed me over. Is there anything I can do to get my code changed??
