personal injury

I was in a head on car collision on March 15.My registration was exp.as well as my mandatory insurance. The other driver was cited for causing the accident.I have a left broken wrist and spasams in my neck and have been out of work for two weeks.Do I have any legal rights as far as a claim with his insurance?

Thank you,

Re: personal injury

Yes, Yes, Yes! you absolutely have legal rights against the person who was at fault for the accident.

The fact that you committed certain infractions has nothing to do with the liability or fault. You can and should hire an attorney to pursue this claim for you. This is not the type of case that you can handle yourself. I have many years of experience handling cases such as yours and even though we have had situations where our client may have committed an infraction such as no insurance, no registration or driving on a suspended license, we have still been successful in pursuing the claim against the at fault party

Unfortunately, there will be certain legal issues you will encounter of course you will encounter these issues whether you make a claim against the other person or not. We can handle these issues for you also.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to schedule an appointment so we may discuss your case.
