Legal Question in Personal Injury in Rhode Island
I recently fell while visiting a zoo in RI; I tripped over a large rock and landed on a 2nd rock sticking out of one of the exhibits. I got a large number of bad bruises, hurt my right shoulder/back area, cuts on both legs, banged my right knee. Is this something that I should sue the zoo for? Oh, I live in MI....we were on vacation when this happened

That is unfortunate; we always wish that people have a positive experience when visiting our state. I have had to sue the zoo in the past for this exact same issue. The zoo is actually owned by the city of Providence and there are several notice requirements necessary before perfecting the right to sue.
