is it true that this one insurance company can get away with ignoring facts and continously make no or very low offers to settle out of court? It is my understanding that the claimant usally wins a higher amount in court from the court, also it has been more than 5 months since a letter of demand has been sent to the ins co can they take as long as they want to respond or can i request an answer to the demand for payment my att sent out?
