Legal Question in Personal Injury in Rhode Island

Tainted Food

Family members became sick when they ate bread that was laced with strips of plastic. This plastic was baked into nearly half the loaf and was in pieces approx. 2 inches long. We ended up freezing the remainder of the bread. What legal options are available?

Re: Tainted Food

Based on additional information supplied by you, it is possible that family members have a cause of action for negligence based on harm caused by a defective product. It was wise to freeze the remainder of the bread --- it may be used as evidence. I would be happy to discuss this matter if you call me at 401-885-7200.
