Do i have a sexual harrassement case?
I became involved in a relationship with my married boss for three years. I had a starting management position before our reltationship started and during that time the relationship was pretty much kept seperate from work as we were managing different departments. After 3 years his wife found out and i was called by him and told NOT to return to the office. He insisted on continuing our relationship but i was not allowed to return to the office for fear his wife would find out he didnt fire me as she requested although i begged and pleaded to keep my job. He was forced to sell the condo he purchased for me two years prior (i had given up an apartment at his demands to live there) and within one month, i had to purchase a new condo on my own and find a new job; all the while still seeing him as he was not willing to let me break up with him. He continued to pay me through his company for two months although i was not allowed to come back to my position even though i wanted to and even though he needed someone. I was left with no more salary and newfound living expenses that he otherwise covered. Do i have a case against him?
