Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Rhode Island
my dad passed away last year he had a will and trust which stated his wife was to receive 50% of the sale of his home his wife passed away the morning of the sale of his home-her daughter became attorney of fact the day prior to her death and controlls her trust. Am I still obligated to relinquish 50% to her trust?
