Grandmothers will
my dad died 2 yrs ago my grandmother is still living (97)my dad and aunt were both excetuiors of her will (my dad lived with her) while going through my dads paperwork I found the will she had 5 children 1 died at the time the will read 20%-going to each child (4) and my aunt who died children(2)each get 10% of my aunts 20% (Grandmother has land worth close to a million dollars)question is what happens to my dads 20% my aunt got very nasty to me when I asked her about it and no she hasn't had it changed to add me and my 2 sisters.I have my grandmothers will listing all of this

First this can become a very big problem with you and your sisters missing out on what appears to be your right to inherit your father's share in a future estate. Unfortunately to give you any more specific advice we would have to read the will that you mentioned to see what it says about children taking the bequests of their parents. In addition we would need to review your father�s will or know what happened to his estate. We have a lawyer who focuses his practice in this area.
