Lawsuit
My father passed away. He had a pending lawsuit that is about to settle, his wife has said nothing about it. Am I entitled to some of the settlement, or does she get it all. I think she's being very secretive and planning on keeping it.

That would depend on who filed the law suit. If the estate filed then you might be if you are a beneficiary of the estate. If his wife filed you may not be entitled to any of the proceeds. There is not enough information given for me to give much of an opintion.
