lawsuit won

won lawsuit sent change of bennifecianarie paper in signed but paper never asked or had date on it person died that won lawsuit but insurance company will not change bennifiecnaries cause it didn't reach them before death they can't locate the first bennifinarie what happens and why won't they honor that paper

You must open an estate in the city where the person was living at the time of death. Once the estate is opened and an administrator is appointed then the insurance company will have to pay proceeds to the estate. This can be a complicated process so hiring a lawyer would be the best thing to do. Feel free tonctct me firm we handle these matters quite frequently.
