Legal Question in Workers Comp in Rhode Island
Hurt at work 18 months ago, had disc surgery that didn't work.i have permanent nerve damage and want and need to go back to work. I have been for several different PT. with some relief. Workers comp. wants to settle for $120,000 ASAP. Do I need a lawer, can i collect unemployment benifits if i settle?

To collect unemployment, you need to be able to work - sounds like you may not be able to do anything, but need to discuss in greater detail.
