Re: Entry Capital needs
In Russia, there are three forms of incorporation - open stock company, closed stock company and company of limited liability and, therefore, there entry capital accordingly. As of today, in order to establish an open stock company you have to have $US 3.378,38; a closed stock company and a company of limited liability - $US 337,84. (Art. 26, Federal Law On stock Companies, N 208-FZ; Art. 14, Federal Law On Companies of Limited Liability, N 14-FZ)
