Legal Question in Banking Law in Saudi Arabia

remittance in cheque

I will receive payment in USD from Saudi company for professinal services before I leave that country. What mode of payment instrument should I insist on: bank draft/cashier cheque? Is that completely safe?

If they want to give normal cheque, do i have recourse if cheque bounces, because I would have left country by that time so it's difficult to follow up.

you may opt for payment through western union. If cheque bounce then in thatcase you may prosecute then but practically it will be difficult to get them legally served and to proceed with the case.In case of need you may contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
