Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Saudi Arabia

Now Im currently working In K.S.A. But before i left in the philippines i have unpaid credit card billings, is it possible that the Credit card company,includes me in a hold departure list on philippine immigration.Can You please advice me.

the credit card company can not include you in a hold departure list unless by an order of the court i.e. they have to sue you first in the court but before they can do that I advice you to settle some how with the company.
