Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia
As I had asked you previously, my wife asking huge amount, as there s a mortage in turkey, and the house is in her name, not in my name. I am just gurantor. I had already written to HSBC bank, that I would want withdraw the Gurantor, and they came back to me saying I need to find a another Gurantor..
I dont want to be gurantor for her house, when we got married, there was no dowry money or nything else was involved..

if you are still married to her I advise you to do your best to solve the dispute amicably to close the mortgage,sell the house and recover your money or be a co-owners of the house. in case she refuses this offer tell her that you cannot do more and the bank will ultimately sell the house unless she accept your offer.
