can a filipina christian woman marry a saudi national muslim man on a civil marriage?

yes if you are living outside Saudi Arabia but if you are living in Saudi Arabia there is no guarantee that the marrage will be recognized except within the limits of Islamic law. propablely the court may refuse to look into it.
