Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

According to muslim law if you dont have four witnesses that have actually seen the act of fornication and the court did not take the the email as a valid admission you have no remedy for lack of proof but if you can prove it in the said way the man will be punished and the punishment may amount to death if you are married under muslim law. So I advice you to settle the matter amicably with your husband .In most other laws you may ask for divorse.
