Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia
salam alikum!
im a single lady living in saudi arabia, age 26. i like a man and want to marry him he is 24 and srilankan nationality.Our parents are against our marriage although my mother is a srilankan herself and my father a pakistani.they did a court marriage too with out their parents will.
How can i claim for my rights?
What are the procedures for both of us to get in a legal nikah..!

if you are muslims the consent of your parent(father) is necessary in saudi arabia but according to other muslim schools of law the consent of your parent is not necessary since you are adults. in any case you can do as your parenst did .
