Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Singapore

Breach of rental contract
i signed a 2 year tenancy agreement with A and even paid 2 month advance rental of $4000 as deposit. now A tells me that she is actually not the owner rather the owner is B. B is demanding to up my rental by $1000 i.e. my monthly rental from $2000 to $3000. what is my case against A&B. pls advise my considerations if i want to sue them. tks. ml
