Long-Term Personal Service Contracts
Hi: I have a production company and I am looking into how I can sign actors to my studio under Singapore law and prevent them for working for others (ie. other studios for example) during the time they are contracted to work for me. I know that in Singapore media news stations can sign their on-air broadcasters to longer term agreements.

I doubt you are going to find any lawyers here who are licensed to practice law in Singapore or who are familiar with the laws there.

All I know is I would probably be accused of practicing law without a Singapore license and I would probably be caned, or worse.
