Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Africa
I am a man aged 45,have grown up kids girls.I am being stalked over by messages on my cellphone by this unknown person over one of my kids.Calling me names of promoting prostituetion which I do not know about threating words.How can I open a case on this unknown person.
