Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Africa
I sold a car on behalf of my sister, her being in Australia. The Dealership that sold her car still hasn't paid the money into her banking account. It has been over a month and the new owner is driving the car. What can I do? The dealership wont answer my calls or emails, nor with the owner of the dealership. I would like to know what my right is and how do I either get the money or the car back?

Based upon what you provided me with, it seems like you could lay a criminal charge against the dealership for Theft under False Pretences. I would suggest that you contact them and advise them of your intent to open a criminal case.
You may also apply to a court for a order regarding the debt the dealership has to you and also executing the order against their property.
