Legal Question in Family Law in South Africa
Im married for 13years,have 2children,married antinuptul,i wnt 2get divorce bt my wife also has a rare illnes but do have medicalaid,doesnt cover lot off her medical expenses,now my question is do i have to share my providentfund,pension and if we divorce,nd if i move out of the house before the divorce do i loose my rights?

Dear Sir,
If you where married out of community of property, she would not have any rights to your provident fund or pension. I would suggest consult a divorce attorney as you would need one for the divorce.
You should not loose any rights if you move out prior to the divorce - legally anyway.
