What happens if a bank serves a client legal documents but to the wrong address? can I take any legal action against them?

you can ask the bank to correct the address or tell them to supply you documents again at the correct address. I do not find any issue for legal action against the bank unless you have been harmed on account of wrong action of the Bank.
