Prize claim from spain
I am in South Africa and received an email to inform me that I have won Eu250,550 euros from a Paypal Europen selection draw. My email address was drawn. They asked me for my name, address, tel no, occupation and nationality and had to phone a company in spain and to give them the ref no. to claim my prize. I responded and they sent me correspondence to say that I need to pay Eu450.50 euros for them to get court papers to proof that I am an international winner. Can this be true, or is this a scam?

The odds are its a fraud,

Do not send any money to a company, person or other entity that requires you to pay to collect a prize awarded.

If you do, you may find yourself not only out the money sent but having little ability to recover it, if at all.
