Legal Question in Employment Law in South Africa

i was employed without anything on black & white .... injured myself while i was on duty ... since then ask not to come to work without pay ... what can i do??

Just think do you have any proof of being employed there like id card etc....if so you can claim your pay back as well as compensation for the injury... in case nothing is there, then there may be less scope to get win
